Nice car, but does anyone really buy from these guys?

It has come down in price. I believe it was at $250,000 at one point within the last 12 months. I just do not think the fact that Penske's wife drove it is worth this type of premium [$140,000] over another mint 73.

I know someone who bought an early911 from them. It was a pretty car but I was not impressed with the fit & finish overall.

As far as the car in question.. wasn't it featured in Excellence in the not too distant past? Thought the guy was so happy and impressed with it. Remember a photo of he and Penske at race and Penske autographed the inside of the gas door.

All that being said, I agree that it's clearly not worth that kind of money.. even in a strong economy!

The car is featured in the current issue of Excellence.

Dawydiak seems to have a lot of very pricey offerings. I just wonder who buys stuff from them, or if these are designed just to create some marketing buzz.
