I can't wait for Guy to get his Carrera 2.7 done!! Particularly as I've ridden in his Carrera 3.0 and driven my Carrera 2.7, so I'll be interested in his perspective when comparing the two.
In fact, would love to see some posts showing the progress on your restoration Guy.

Just to add to the info. that's already here on the #119, here is the vehicle, pretty much as it stands today. Some small details have been taken care of since purchased.

Been a while since anyone has visited this discussion. I guess there is nothing more to add.
I wish I could get more info. other than previous owners and COA, but in Germany after a certain period of time they purge DMV records.

If you guys haven't done so already, do yourself a favor and order Ryan's fantastic book "Carrera 2.7". You will not be disappointed!

It has been a few minutes since this thread was refreshed. So I am looking to get some valuation for insurance purposes but have only seen three cars listed 9119, 9086, and another in bitter chocolate I think it was 9034 that sold in 2016 around $192k. The other two did not sell on BaT. Rumor has it Ryan’s car is now on the East coast. Any additional documentation would be helpful.

@g911, that is correct.
My old silver 1976 Carrera 2.7 MFI Sondermodell was invited to Amelia Island Concours this month and will appear on the lawn. It is in a special class along with several notable 73 RS street/competition cars, so it should be really cool. Unfortunately, I can't attend, but I would have loved to see it there. Will be excited to see photos.
