weber 40 ISD carbs

Need a little pricing help with these.
I just removed them from a very nice running 2.7
I do have a vid clip of car running with carbs on.
40 IDS C3 and 3C1
I can't seem to find any for sale to compair pricing.
Intakes dated 1966 all in nice condition. All linkage also.

Also, keep an eye out on cars for sale. I am going to sell my 67 project, and very nice survivor 69 T targa with a sporto. Will have pics over weekend.

What a nice guy, and so helpful.... He will then promptly place them for sale on Ebay for 6k using your pictures before even receiving them in the mail from you.

I would also pay you 3k for them.
I will also give you 10 dollar bill's for all your 20's if you want.
They sell within 2-4 minutes at the EarlySregistry when advertised for $3,500.
People who need them seem to be paying over 5k for them usually from the people who just recently bought them for $3,500.
So hey, I will go $3,500

I sold a set on the Early S registry a few months back for $2500 but mine were missing the dripper tubes off the top. I had a lot guys lined up at $2500 so I agree that $3,500 is probably right as the missing tubes were unobtainable.

Those are special carbs. They belong on a '67 S. It has been about 5 years since I sold a set. I got $4000 for them, complete with manifolds and crossbar. I would guess today they are worth close to twice that.

Yeah I say about $6k is spot on - I sold a set last year rebuilt for about $4800 with manifolds but they were not correct "S" manifolds. Carbs are worth $5K, manifolds worth another G.
