Is one allowed to say "serious enquiries only" when the offer can't...

Blue carries a $14,000 market premium.

Yes, Vancouver is a bit of an overpriced market. Consider this $2.5 million property:
Vancouver teardown in Point Grey sells for almost $2.5M - British Columbia - CBC News

What's confusing some Canadian sellers is they will do the conversion math with the high exchange rate -- making a $35k USD car a $50k CDN car and then change the CDN to USD and call it a day.
It's frustrating as a Canadian looking for a car and seeing them jump not only 50 percent because of the market in past 4 years but another 50 percent for no reason at all.
But yes -- there are a lot less up here and prices for the 15 years I've been looking have always been higher here -- however 260,000 kms is not premium price mileage in any language
