All spark plug wires are now Clewett wires.

Update: I tested the dizzy and the green wire...

Update:
I tested the dizzy and the green wire and it passed
Replaced cap and rotor with working one.
Replaced spark plug wires.
Cleaned grounds.

The car spun freely and I could tell that...

Before going down the rabbit hole with the CIS. I did a validation on the ignition and found that I had plugged in spark plug wires incorrectly. I had them clockwise instead...

I rotated the engine 180 and reseated the dizzy but still didn’t start.
Now going to start looking at the fuel.
