Well, the issue went away before the car made it...

Well, the issue went away before the car made it into the shop, so they weren't able to replicate the problem.

However, since it went in, it got some replacement parts:

According to the paperwork, they replaced the crankshaft speed and position reference sensors, and adjusted the gap to the flywheel on 8/26/2019. Additionally, they replaced the DME relay.

Mine did something similar and I thought it was...

Mine did something similar and I thought it was the DME. Turned out replacing the CPS sensor and RPM sensor got things cleared up.
