Finally got the issue fixed,had a friend come over and finished putting it back together. I will have to get use to the car again because it handles so differently now. Thank goodness for spare parts.

I've done it in a 87 944. Into an early car I would be afraid to because of the different locations of the ecus and the differences in the wiring. Everything bolts right in as far as the engine goes....

Thanks for the info. I ended up buying a tial and the adapter kit last night. I just didn't want to mess with the crazy core charge for the lindsey one. Plus it's just a rebuilt waste gate.
