Power Window PRoblem

My passenger side window is not working correctly, it will only go down about 1 inch at a time and when the door is open in will not go down at all.

Has this happened to anyone else and why is it happening?

I would also suspect the comfort relay as well.

sounds like it does need a window motor (most likely) but there are other possibilities. Check the connector in the door jamb. Most likely though, the motor is bad.

It's easy fix and cheap, no need to waste your money by replacing your motor or anything like that. It's just a loose magnet on the motor shaft:

here it is:

I have a similar problem with my driver's side window. If in fact it ends up being that a loose magnet needs to be replaced on the motor shaft, then how does one go about doing this.? And what is the part number for this particular magnet?
