E36 a/c evaporator temperature sensor

Got the part from Pelican and I'm asking for help as where to install. This a/c temp sensor is in a different location from the ambient air temp sensor on the driver's side brake cooling duct. One post indicated under the dash on the passenger side. Will pursue but any help/pix out there would be very much appreciated.

Look up the part on realoem.com for a diagram of its location.

According to Bentley the Evap Temp Sensor is on the left side of the heater box. It appears to be toward the bottom of the box behind a duct. The Heat Core Temp sensor is on the shifter side of the box.

Blower is fixed. Desperately, I changed out the porcupine resister and guess what? Blower works and has been working. The evaporator temp sensor wasn't the problem. For what it's worth, apparently, there's a new and improved porcupine. Thanks for the suggestions, Jaron. I do appreciate your timely trouble shooting and it's a credit to Wayne that he's hired you.
