Hi I have a 98 318i it wont rev over 3000rpm and drives like crap. Its showing code141 I have taken out both o2 sensors and tested them and theyr fine so I looked further into it and found that theres no power coming from the loom to the sensors with the ignition on iv checked all the fuses I can find with non blown could it be a relay? any advice on what to do now?

I would perform a fuel delivery system test. Check fuel pressure, volume and quality. Then check exhaust backpressure.

Hey it dosent seem to be fule related iv checked pressure and its good eaven under load but it still cant get over3000 it just splutters and bogs eaven in neutral and if you drive it for half an hour the engine shuts down at 100km the guages go all over the show and wont restart it coughs and knocks while trying to start. Thats when the triangle comes and logs code 141. Any ideas would be helpful

Maybe fuel injectors? Or air leak
