Hi. I have a 318i e36. I've been facing a weird problem which no mechanic could solve:
When can is started, idle is stable with slight flickering. On cold weather, the car runs almost normally, then after 15min, the car looses power when pedal is half way with the car chocking. When pedal is put to the floor, car picks up acceleration as if nothing is wrong. If i slightly lift my foot, car chocks again. O2 sensors checked and operating normally. Note: ccv, injectors, spark plugs, fuel filter all new. Hope you can help __________________ This post was auto-generated based upon a question asked on our tech article page here: Pelican Technical Article: BMW 3 Series (E36) Oxygen Sensor Replacement |

Could be an issue with the fuel pump. I would perform a fuel delivery system test. Check fuel pressure, volume and quality.
