Cam/Crank setup - trigger offset?

Hello all mate
I'm working with a Honda V6 with an infinity 6 ecu motor 3.7L
There is a camshaft sensor only, no knees
46 teeth on the pulley and the number of teeth between the top dead center to the teeth of the distribution sensor 9 teeth
Tell me how can I set it up? at what degree should the ignition angle be set?
The order of the bobbins of coils 142536
There is no sensor on the crankshaft and no missing teeth

==========================================
The spark and impulses on the nozzles are obtained only when choosing this very first one in the tuning program
but won't start
