				 | 930 Intake Boot?
Gang, I'm planning to use a hard OEM 930 intake pipe (which goes to the compressor inlet) and I'm curious to know if these came with some sort of "intake boot" or sleeve, which stepped it up from 2.75" OD to 3.0" OD? Here's a pic of what I'm talking about: Advice appreciated

The hard intake pipe had a rubber boot on both sides: part number 930.110.158.01 AFJ

I believe the OD of the pipe and compressor inlet are the same on the stock turbo.

The turbo has a straight 3.25" to 3.0" silicone reducer on it, so I have to reduce it down further to 2.75"

I had to double hose mine. A lot of people do it that way just cut a short piece of the smaller hose to fit the hard pipe then slide the larger hose over the top and clamp it down good.
