The 26 x 18 x 3 intercooler is a intercooler for show, to show the biggest intercooler can fit in the engine bay. BUT it makes turbo lag for bing too big. the 26 x 14 x 3 is a better way to go. when mounting the intercooler place the intercooler as far back to the rear as possible, the engine cooling fan will draw cold air through the intercooler.
on dyno I would place a fan aiming at the fan housing and intercooler . The compressed air stay in the left to right style intercooler longer compare to factory 965 style rear to front style intercooler. IF you mount the intercooler right, the left to right intercooler can cool more hot air compare to rear to front intercooler. When hot air go through the intercooler too fast, the intercooler isn't working as intercooler, it works as a connecting pipe.

GTU935- that is such a sexy turbo sys on that car. That I/c is very nice but that was a custom piece. I FINALY found someone to make the tanks on my I/C. I got the ba!!s to just leave my car with someone so they could take their own measurements and mock up the tanks on the car so they work right.
