Floating rotor replacement

I'm getting ready to replace the front rotors on my 79 930. I've done brake work on normal cars but not on 917 brakes. Are there any tricks involved or is it as simple a swap as it appears. I don't have the service manual and would appreciate some guidance.

Pretty simple. Where are you getting the rotors?

Its just a little more work than normal rotors because you have to remove them from the hats and then rebolt the new rotors to them with all those little nuts and washers. Make sure to clean the hat mounting tabs to remove any brake dust so the rotors float like intended when you are putting them together. rotors are big $$ for these cars unfortunately.
