CIS test gauge - procedure?

Can anyone point me to any info on how to use CIS test gauges?

My bud just sent me them and I'd like to learn how to proceed. Did some searching here but didn't find anything.

Any insight appreciated, thanks gents.

Learning, learning...

The gage goes between the fuel head and the WUR. Simply unscrew the larger fitting and the dual male end fitting on the WUR, attache that fitting/hose to the inlet side of the gage set and then screw in the other end of the gage set (o-ring) into the WUR.
Unplug the electrical connection to the WUR.
Leave the valve in "open" loop and run the pumps to purge the air.
Close the valve to check system pressure.
Open the valve to check cold pressure.
Plug the electrical connection in and record how long it takes to reach warm pressure. Record warm pressure.
Here is a picture:

HUGE THANKS BRIAN!

That was very helpful.

Even more ***huge thanks*** to Jacob for the shoutout - walked me thru it earlier, step by step.

You guys rule.

Brian, I'll share my findings with you. I may lean toward the adj WUR, dunno yet. I got Powerhaus headers en-route and a 7200 promised to me at some point down the not too distant road so prob the best bet but will let you know for certain. Got a core back yet??? Oy...

The small button with aluminum collar around it just below the gauge is for purging air out of the line going to the gauge so you have a more accurate reading from it.

Wrap a rag around it before purging so gas doesn't gurgle or spray out all over the place and onto your hand.

When all done and removed from the car hold it up by the gauge, press the button and let the gas still in the lines drain out of the 2 hoses before putting it away for storage.

Good point about purging.
If all else fails "follow the instructions". They are pretty good. I hang the end of the hose out the back of the car when finished before hitting the button to relieve the pressure. That way it blows the gas on the ground. I wrap a shop rag around the button. This system will be under pressure when you're done so have lots of rags ready. The the hose is hung on the outside night light for a few hours to drip dry before putting away.
