Nope, your point still has gaping holes in it. I've seen pics of Paul's car with the mods he is currently working on, and while I don't like his choice of wheels or front air dam, I have yet to see poorly cut quarter panel vents, horribly gayass stickers (though he has expressed interest in the uber gay "Turbo" graphic :D), hilarious homemade boxed rockers, and wheels that are even worse than the ones he bought.

And a friendly FYI - criticisms/jokes/points are much more effective if they have at least a touch of reality in them.

Motons for the win! I have 3 way Moton coilover set up on my race car - unbelievably awesome set up...the best.

Now I grasp precisely what is going on here - Tony is displaying classic projection coupled with a hearty dose of envy. Tony has likely attempted modifications in the past, and due to an utter lack of skill and creativity on his part, said modifications resulted in "malfunctions". Thus, to mask his shame and humiliation, cries out that original is the only way to go!

Your modifications look well carried out. Looks like the factory did it!

I'm just hoping to get a break in work and travel to get back on it.

My TK longneck landed safely. It's a serious piece in the black anodized matte. Looking forward to spending a little quality time with the car but probably won't be for another week or so. I do notice in mentally planning the install that a few more things will attach to the intercooler itself, so I guess occasionally removing it will take a little more disconnecting than the stock one.

BTW, looking at my pic- how many of you have removed the rear wiper assembly? I don't even know where the switch is to turn it on (seriously) and it's been 12 years so it's safe to say I could live without it.

^^^ I removed mine after about a month of ownership (was my first "mod") - removed it because I think it is an ugly, ridiculous, unneeded, and flat-out dorky thing to have on a sports car (people say the same about a/c, but I say **** that, I needs me comfort from the TexASS heat, bisches!). :D

I sold all of the parts on eBay for about $135 total.

Way boss intercooler, BTW!
