For E85 fuel and EFi I choose these Bosch Ev14 injectors. Type is 0280158040 , and flow is 980 cm3 / min( 3bar)
http://www.bosch-motorsport.de/media/catalog_resources/Injection_Valve_EV_14_Datasheet_51_en_2775993867pd f.pdf Injector injecting head is in quite same position in this 3.2 manifold as it is with CIS system. ![]() Fuel supply end of the injector is far away from orginal position. Anyway i need another fuel rails that canīt corrode so easily.

"New" fuel rails are made of Saab Biopower (2 pcs) stainelss steel fuelrails. Some cutting and TIG welding needed. Fuel regulators are integrated to fuelrail.

Great project and it looks as though you are really attacking it. I must admit, I am envious of you, how do you find the time for such a project?

I let paint Car paint service make whole basework and painting. it was like 80 hours...
i am not updateing this in real time, So it seems to be faster than it is. Soda blaster is not me. Main engine (long block) assmebly is done by professional. So i make EFi system and others and try to use already trusted solutions. This forum have been useful. Exhaust system is 993 headres+ custom connection + 2 pcs of "smart gates". Igntion sytem layout (bosch controls(from Volvo) +034 motorsport coils) ![]() Clewett wheel and my friend made a machined pulse wheel for the crank speed sensor.

Engine looks so nice. Chain housings were also machined to match lowered Heads.
993 headbolts were used and Pump drive added to SC cams. New sump cover was need, due the 964 oil pump. ![]()

993 headers used for this. One side flanges needed to rotate. Turbo should be on original place. Turbo is custom made HX35/40. Two pcs, of Turbosmart wastegates to keep optimum turbo spooling. Weldings are made by me, as you can see.

Makeing of intercooler. I also put 993 air filter housing. It fits to 3.2 intake manifold.
Test fitting of a New oil separation system for breather.

Awesome work, what is original paint code. I was thinking the 3.0 turbo's and Carrera used a 9bolt crank and 2.7 crank was a 6 bolt, can these be swapped.

3.0 turbo's use the same 6 bolt crank as the 2.7.. it gets it 3.0 displacement with larger cylinders. 3.3 turbo's & 84 and up Carrera use the same 9 bolt crank.
