hey thanks fer axin Brando

MikeD! was right, adjustment was found by going further in not further out as I'd been trying.

All squared away and shifts great!

Mostest importantlyest... it has solved maybe 98% of any / all of my gear grindage as I'd hoped!

I only get the little bit of annoying 'contact' when at a stop in neutral and trying to select reverse after sitting at a light.

So, THAT is a HUGE win for me... prolong any gearbox rebuildage for a few years hopefully.

Shifter is REAL nice, I like the action a lot. I set it up for minimal springload to maintain the deftness of the selection action. If any complaint is had, 4th feels a bit er - 'wooden'? Hard to describe, just feels like it's sliding along a cork or something as it engages.

BTW, I too hit the housing in 2nd - looking down it seems I can back off the front set-pin and maybe gain some clearance there - have a look at yours Tonger, maybe?

The SL knob is also AWESOME IMO... again, ensures a deft touch to gear selection, has raised the knob up closer to the wheel, and just all around looks / feels really cool. And, it matches my Prototipo perfectly, go figure.

Thanks all again for helpin me out with this!

Now it's on to sorting my AFR gauge wiring which got pulled during console manipulation... and... being careful with my boosting as my clutch still goes ZING if I let it hammer too hard. Oy.

A little more trial and error adjustment on the shift coupler position will fix the complaints you still have. Worth the effort.
I don't have a 930 WEVO but know two local people that do and they took the time to get it adjusted perfectly with no funky feel while shifting.

The original bushing has been designed with a bit of slack because it's design offers one axis of freedom, so they left a bit of slack for the other dimension or it would bind.
There's a post on this subject with Bill Verburg, and maybe Hayden from Wevo ?

Some people (including Bill) made their own bushings from Delrin or bras with zero slack, and didn't have any issues. The PSJ is for sure the best solution.
