3.0 to be converted to 3.2 Twin turbo

Hallo!
I wanna make a tread of my engine project.
The engine is a 3.0 -77 case 03.

Have bought a new set of cylinder and pistons from Mahle Motorsport.
This is a 98mm set for 74,4 crank and 23mm wrist pin.
Pauter has manufactured rods who works with 70,4 crank and 23mm pin and they are 1,8mm longer to remain 7.5:1 comp.
K16 Turbo´s from 993/996 as a start and will be changed for 24/26 later.
3.2 intake manifolds and I´m going to use this EFI system:
http://www.maxxtuning.eu/maxxecu/

Will post pictures during the process
So here is the very beginning, not that clean yet.......

At last the engine building has started.
First step is to do a little better breather job

And some parts waiting for the crankshaft returning from the balancing job.

I thought I was good with a die grinder, but your scallops on the webs look machined.

Great job.

Just the original -78 3.0 heads.
Those with the larger intake ports.
They are a little bit ported and matched for the 3.2 brackets and intake manifolds.

No, I'm gonna use ordinary K16 from 993/996 as a start.
Because I have those for a long time. They are almost like new.
But later I'm gonna change to hybrid 24/26 turbos.
The have the same flange as K16 so I don't need to modify the exhaust system.

I will start with those just to start with smaller turbos and the grow later.
