Need spark plug recommendation

I am finishing a new engine build and need your recommendation for what spec spark plugs to run in the engine. Some information on build:

3 liter
Stock heads and valve size
Aascomotorsports valve springs and retainers
Compression ratio 10.5 : 1
Cams Elgin 306/288–102
Twin plug
S spec MFI

Thanks in advance for your responses

Cheers,
Dan

Plugs aren't all that expensive. I'd start on the cold side, maybe NGK 7s or 8s? And see how they do. I think only if you run way too hot a plug could you get into some real trouble.

Garage
I’ve been having trouble getting BP7ES even the resistor version (BPR7ES), which my engine likes. I got some 8s and they seem to fire well.
