loctite 574 removing

Hello
Sorry to ask again, but i didn't find threads to explain how to remove "faster" the 30 years old sealant of my RS engine....

many thanks for advices or links.

Removing sealant between the case halves
crank case cleaning

Sound good!
The gasket remover is also known as Loctite 80646. In case you can't find Permatex, Wurth has a similar product. I haven't tried the Wurth gasket remover but it wouldn't surprise me if it was exactly the same stuff with a different label. I know Wurth sells Loctite 574 under their own label.
