964 engine build questions
1. Does the 964 3.6L engine require copper base gaskets between the cylinders and case, or does it only use the o-ring?
2. When looking at the 964 pistons, I don't see a good mark to indicate how the piston should be oriented when installed. What should I look for on the piston to determine the proper orientation for the piston when installing. Thanks, Brian

(1) The base just uses an O-ring - though it wouldn't hurt to use a little Threebond 1211 too.
(2) The intake side/"top" of the piston has a letter "E" -Chris
