the trick was hest to heat up the steel with a propane not enough to screw up the powdercoating but enough to void it of moisture and warm to the touch then sprayed some gold spraypaint it boils a bit then I cleared it 3-5 minutes later with satin clear.. I have tried this many times before and works well..

Did you have these professionally powder coated or is this a Eastwood kit?

The shroud was painted then I stripped it back off and I buffed and it turned out pretty well It still has compound on it but it is fairly glossy. I though about replacing it but really it will be covered by the 3.2 intake and the IC so No one will see it.. Hp is 300-350 As I want it to last for a while

I of course need to change some things but easily atainable if I want.. The IC and turbo mount up with be showing up very shortly in the pics

Was it Motodelta or Euroeast who did the powdercoating? Who did you contact for this service because I couldn't determine this from their website? You can PM details if you don't wish to waste band width here. Look'n good.

Ben,
Trying with dizzy first is great idea, but should also hook up the VR sensor & pulley before you put the engine back in. It will be easier (no need to change pulley with engine in car) and you can probably test the circuit prior to going all the way ![]()

I don't like it. I really don't like it. The walls should be drywall, not particle board in your garage.
But that engine will be sweet.
