MFI Bosch injection system

Who is the guru on rebuilding and repairing the MFI Bosch injection system for early 911 E's? Thanks in advance.

Hi Pablo: Gus @ Pacific Injection in San Francisco did my pump & Matt Blast @ Eurometrix in Boston did my throttle bodies. Also I've heard that Henry @ Super tech is a good guy too.

We restore all aspects of the MFI systems. Rebuild and calibrate pumps.vRestore throttle bodies. Bore stacks to desired sizes.

I think that everybody named, so far, can be considered an expert in this area.

Mark Jung (356RS) did a nice job on my 71E pump.

Regards,

Al

Henry did my custom calibration and rebuild; my car runs like a scalded cat in the twisties, and like a DME car in traffic.

The after-sale support was unbelievably good - he bent over backwards to help me get up and running by my deadline (for a show).

Better prices and turnaround than Gus. He also rebuilt and recurved my distributor at the same time. Transformed the car.

Yeah, I'm happy...

thank you everyone

Thanks a lot, I'll contact these guys soon. By the way, someone recommended that I bought one of those carburator kits and I would be saving myself a huge problem, especially because I don't live in the US. What kit would you recommend, is it really a good idea??

Pablo - no "carb kit" will help an MFI pump.

Henry - I should have my head examined for not having you do my pump and stacks while you were doing the motor. Talk about missed opportunities...

I suspect Pablo is talking about converting to carbs using PMO due to easier setup etc.

I've had limited, but good, experience with Robert at Fairchild Industries in Redding California. I had him check and seal a pump for me and test and clean injectors. Customer support was great. My 'limited' experience is because I haven't finished putting the car together yet to actually run the parts he worked on.

However, if you have any custom applications, Mark or Henry are the way to go.

We've used many vendors over the years but always seem to end up back at the beginning.

They're not the cheapest, but you only spend the money once.

I work with Gus at Pacific and Matt at Eurometrix.
