3.6 P's & C's and heads on a 3.2 case?

How difficult would this be?

A lot more difficult than finding a 3.6 case...

I've seen it done. IIRC They set the case up and installed case savers moving them out the correct distance from center. They also had to make spacers under the cylinders.

Of course you can do it. the question is "why re-invent the wheel?" sell the 3.2 case, buy 3.6 case will be less hassle and time.

BUT, if you want to do it, you need Alu cyl base plates for sealing, bore the case to the OD of the base of the 3.6 cylinders and drill/tap for new head stud spacing.

Of course, you will also need a 3.6 crank/rods or you will end up with a 3.5 (using a 3.2 crank).
