Look what I found under the passanger seat!
I've replaced a lot of old parts so far, but I think I'll keep this sweet old school Alpine amp for listening to the 80's on 8
 Seriously, I think I can rig it to run about 40 watts RMS each to the two front speakers at 2.7-ohms and bridge the 2 channels left over to deliver 90 watts RMS to the rears in series at 5.4-ohms...we'll see if it's got a few years left in it or not real soon

You gonna keep that classic and original looking blue point deck in the dash as well? That old set up did a pretty good job blasting the tunes back in the day.

seats are in
by this time next week I should have most of the other EFI parts needed to finsih off the motor so I need to finish off the interior asap

Closing in on the inerior
Lots of time to get things done during the holidays
Once I get the new RS door panels in I'll be done with the interior. By then I should have my new wiring harness so I should be able to finish off the motor 1st of 2012

Thanks Willtell, it's easy to gloss over things like vac fittings, but they will sure cause issues on down the road if not properly connected now!
It's hard to tell from the PET for sure, but it's a shared port that has a sensor on the other nipple. Anybody know of this double nipple fitting at the base of the C2 TB and if they are for vac or not?

i think it's a temp switch (valve) like the one on the turbo that changes disrtibutor advance once the engine is warmed up.

vac port
Looks like I just need to find out where this vac hose connects on the TB:
 It almost looks like the thermo valve has a direct vac connection at the TB and this vac hose connects to the other thermo valve nipple. I'll check to see if the thermo valve can act as a pass through for vac...I've seen stranger things
