Crank fire ignition question?

Looks like toothed wheel is smaller then my old pulley. ENGINE IS 3 liter sc engine and belt looks like it is too long now. trying to tighten up new belt and looks long.

The loose belt may be the least of your problems.
If the pulley is a different size (smaller) then the ratio for the cooling fan will be too small.
The fan will be turning at a lower speed (giving less cooling air).

The typical pulley sizes that are made with crankfire setups are 116mm and 127mm. SC 3.0L wants a 127mm. If you have the smaller 116mm pulley, then yes your belt will be too big.
