I was wondering if anyone had ever added a TPS to the single throttle body used on a K Jetronic of is everyone was using the TPS emulator by using a vacuum connection to a Megasquirt?

I was using my stock throttle body on my 930, check here post #14:

As long as it has a D shaft and a mounting point you can make it work.
SDS sells a simple TPS to mount. They have two models one CW the other CCW. I changed TB's and the CCW I had was easy to drill through and carefully file it open and I just flipped it over for CW.

Mine did not had a D-shaft, but the TPS is available as early version incl. shaft:

I used a 3.2L intake which has its own D shaft. A 3/8" spacer is required to move properly position the TPS. The TPS is the same one that SDF sells and the spacer is 3/8" phenolic shaped on a table saw. I patterned mine from Jim2, but he used aluminum for his spacer.

Yes that is the same one I have except mine is grey, I think the grey one is CCW and the black is CW.
But if you got the wrong one you can carefully cut a hole in the center of the circle and flip the TPS over to work the other direction.

Mark - I love it - I've had problems with the TPS on my TRW intakes (like the resistance dropping as you open the throttle, then finally increasing), and the official replacement (for a German Ford or some odd model) is a bit pricy. Looks like a guy can just get creative. The Electromotive programming will adjust to give a linear response by zeroing at closed and WOT, so the values maybe don't matter all that much.

David: oh, to have received this gracious offer in 2011 when I made this! Thanks for the great offer, but this has been running quite well and shows no signs of deterioration. The phenolic is quite sturdy -- I was really surprised how hard it is and how tough it is on saw blades. In this application, it is not subject to bending stress or heat. Brian
