replacing a control...
My daughter pointed out that the stalk that controls the telescoping wheel on our E32 is, well, gone. Somehow it's just gone missing - there is simply nothing there on the column except a hole. It's pretty dusty, too, meaning that it's been gone for a while, too. I guess we've just been happily pressing the memory buttons...
Anyway, how can I replace this? There is no obvious way to get at the inside of the column. |

What column are you talking about? The steering column inside the car?

Missing Stalk
You did not tell us what year and model of E32. Did your car ever have a control stalk? Early driver air bag models had no tilt or steering column adjust.
