Stumped-troubleshooting issue

Replaced my right head (don't ask--whole 'nother thread!) and bike was running fine. Just about 600 miles and time to retorque the head but right cylinder all of a sudden, started running ratty (based on unscientific but discernible hand-above-header temp difference). Bike runs fairly between 2.5-4K but there is no power or acceleration. Won't idle below 2k. Oh, also replaced the fuel pump gasket to repair a leak. Checked to insure no lines were kinked. They weren't. Here's what I've done so far w/no success:

1. Change plugs
2. Swap stick coils side-to-side
3. Retorque head and adjust valves (they were a bit off but not much)
4. Swap injectors side-to-side

Since it's only on the right side, believe HES is ruled out. Looking for suggestions as to what to check/change. Bad main coil? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

re-seat the throttle cable in the RH throttle body, my bet is you disturbed it when doing work.

No genius, just a victim of the same error a few years back. Luckily I found it quick.

Glad I could help, after your recent trials and tribulations you needed a cheap quick fix.

Thanks again! Appreciate your sharing your lessons learned from hard knocks. I hope I'm good for a while! Ride safe! Do you really have nine bikes to choose from?!
