Question on Replacing Lenses and Bulbs

Why does my 2011mini cooperD bleep on dashboard and have a bulb picture after fitting led side lights and number plate bulbs ?

You either have a bulb out or a bad connection. Check and inspect all the bulbs and sockets.

Either that, or the low-resistance LED bulb is being interpreted as a short circuit or blown bulb. If it's the latter, you may have to add resistance to the circuit, or swap for an LED bulb that won't give you a bulb-out warning.
