Nick, turns out there are two grommets/rubber insulators that the two upper mounting pins go through...and the grommets/insulators DO NOT come with the replacement radiator...they must be purchased separately. See the two attached pics. So now, no more movement...mounting problem solved!

Yes, those grommets should be removed from the old radiator, if in good shape. If not, replaced. Glad you got it worked out.
