Hi. I have a 2006 cooper s convertible with automatic transmission. Once my car is heated up the car battles to change gears, the revs peak past 4 then it changes hard with a bang. Do you suggest gearbox oil or buy a complete near gearbox? First check the transmission fluid level to be sure it is correct. Then check the transmission ECM for fault codes. If the system is not working properly, a fault code will be set. This will be your best bet when diagnosing. - Nick | ||
