A number of years ago I read that the high incidence of lung cancer in non-smoking Chinese women came from wok cooking.

That's why you don't smoke in the house.

I was thinking of buying several just for resale but I didn't want my friend to struggle with them. It was more difficult than you know to have had these made for us. I have the two, small for me personally, large for when friends come over.

Ted, I want to personally congratulate you for being right. First time and fairly momentous. Congratulations!

Devaluing craftsmanship is how the U.S. single-handedly built the Chinese economy, shipping jobs overseas and developing our own service economy with low paying jobs where people themselves are devalued. At least with low wages we can still buy cheap Chinese junk. So it's a win for everyone.

Greed has won out over craftsmanship.
