I too thought the takedown and scolding in front of his family should have been enough to teach him the lesson he needed.

I know the arrest was legal and technically correct. Just seems a bit overkill in this instance.
Although clearly some men still haven't come to realize where the line is in behavior with women.
So maybe makeing an example of this guy is appropriate in the larger scheme of the times.

Again, we have no idea what his interaction was with the young woman server prior to his grabbing her butt. I bet there was issues leading up to the video...she no doubt served he and his buddies prior and there was what Romeo thought was access when there clearly wasn't.

As a former bartender I have seen this little drama played out a thousand times, in far less enlightened times.

What if you and your girlfriend or wife or mother or daughter had some random dude grab their butt? No, that's a pretty obnoxious invasion of your person and deserves what he got. It's not like she took him to the ground and kicked several teeth out.

I'd say that's one of those things that there is a difference between men and women.

Men mostly won't mind if a chick pats there rear, I would think. Women, probably have to put up with unwanted groping from the time that they are young and it never stops. I'm sure a light rub on the butt is also not where it might stop. The good news is that the guy will probably think twice before he does it again.

No I wouldn't. I was in a drag bar in Key West walking back to my wife with a drink in each hand. A fantastic patron walked up to me and pinched both my nipples while saying something I could not hear over the music. I laughed amd continued on my way. If a chick did tje same I would have laughed as well.

I was walking into my favorite sports bar 2 weeks ago. The bartender chick was by the front door as I was walking in. She grabbed me ass as I went by. I laughed then as well.

1990's my wife and I were on a club in Kendall Miami area called the Stardome. We were probably 2 of 6 white people in the entire club.

When we were walking out of the club at 4 am some guy standing along a wall palmed my wifes ass as she was walking by. She said something to me, I spun around and it looked like the band Full Force was standing there. I gave a smile and nod and we continued on our way. My wife's girlfriend was mad no one grabbed her ass.
