is her hot level above his pay grade? if so your problem will resolve itself once she gets her green card and finds a better option for a mate.

I’ve given up spelling

My phone, fumble fingers and an autocorrect that jumps in and substitutes words I would never even use cause mayhem

Even when the words in my head are correct

It doesn’t help that my screen doesn’t even display a full sentence

I have read some crazy solutions to your problem with your knothead neighbor. Don't do anything that would be considered illegal. It is not illegal to place their trash cans in front of your home and the police cannot do anything.

If the area is an incorporated city, there are Code Enforcement Officers who can issue citations and fines for the placement of trash cans and storage thereafter. Research your particular area on the city's or county's website. Contact the owner of the home and let him/her know what your intentions are.

Stop playing nice with these type of people who don't care. Place your trash cans in front of your home and park your cars in front of your home on the street so your neighbors don't have enough room to move their cans in front of your home. Move their cans back in front of their home every single time they move them in front of yours.

I would escalate the situation in every legal means so you don't put yourself in jeopardy. PM me with additional details and I'll see if I can "influence" their behavior if you want.

Good luck, David

these guys are screwing around, only three are serious, I think.

My situation is parking is only on one side of the street. My side is empty so cars can go through. Narrow canyon streets. I am in Mt Washington. there is no way I am going to go nuts over trash cans or get into trouble with the law. not my style. Thanks for the tip. If you are LAPD come on up and let invite them for a party.

Here's the latest. I talked with the "Man" next door about it again. and demanded an answer as to why their cans are on my side. He didn't have an answer but a lame one after a long pause and I think its the truth. He didn't want to put his cans on the apron because its on a slope (the whole damn street is sloping). I told hims to pull it over to front of his house and he will just have to pull it another 10' up hill to the front of his garage. He agrees and walks off.

Well, it worked...up until the two nights ago. Its over on my side again. I think its easier to pull a can down hill then it is up when full, so its really late, with a little rain, they just leave them in front of my house again. it might be the wife, who knows?

She's a yoga instructor. They do own a yoga studio if you must know. With the new baby, they are quiet now so I can't complain about that and the house is no linger rented to air BB. That's a huge relief for all of us around here.

The owner on the other side is an absentee owner that rents to a very nice lady She's been there for ever. His fence is falling over onto my side. Will try to get pic when rain stops for ya. I just had the survey done for my property just so I can get them off. I really just want to go in one morning with a chain saw and throw their siht back on their side.

Do you see a reason they have to put those cans on your side? Do they have space on their side?

These new guys seem to think its ok for them to put out their trash in front of our house each and every week. My wife asked them nicely to put out their trash in front of their own house several times. All she got was a nod, turn and walk away. They put their recycling, yard and regular waste all sitting right there on the curb right in front of our kitchen window. Today, they won the award. They drag their cans around ours and left all three mid way in front, making 6 cans all lined up in front of my home. This siht has been on going on and they refuse to listen or give a siht. Issue is that they always overfill their and when it gets dumb by the truck, some of their trash falls off. I seem to be the dumb ass that have to pick up their crap constantly. What would you do? I am out of tricks and done being nice. Fooking people have no respect anymore.

Free. Sitting by road. No need to knock on door, just pick them up." Gone in 3 hours. They bought all new cans and I did it again about a month later. After that, they got a dumpster and kept it back by their house. This woman neighbor, who was a doctor, was a complete psycho. Still can't figure out how they generated so much trash. Just 2 people and they'd have 5-6 overflowing cans every couple of weeks

My wife is really sick of it and we get into it and I have to deal with that. Would you just come un-glue? Diplomacy isn't working too well for us
did you ask them seriously, or you asked them in a nice way?

Does anyone understand what the hell this means?
Do they live next to each other, or across the road?
How is the road sloped? Their road is sloped, and yours is not?
What direction is the slope, like your road is uphill or your house is higher than his, but across this street
