1) Shoot them
2) Call the cops
3) Contact an attorney
4) Move...

Doesn't have to be in exact order, and you can stop when the neighbor's do ....

Good luck Jeff....

My dad was a defense lawyer and when someone would tell him about a problem like this, his answer was always the same.

"Kill the fker and give me a call. I don't do trash can cases."

Plant some meth in their house, get a police informant to tell them he bought drugs there and stay away from the house for a few days. If all goes as normal, the problem will be solved. Be very clear on the address though..

Why not just tape a note on them every week that says "Please take this can with the trash". ???

They are indoor plants which sprout after you abandon all hope followed by abandoning pretty much everything else in what's left of your life.

I was at my business partners house last night. His neighborhood is a gated community, mostly retired residents. So lots of 70+ year old couples walking the sidewalks and driving slowly. My business partner is one of the young pups, in in early 50s.

Some new couple move in a few houses down. In their 30s. And they really love Mustangs. THey have some hotrod Mustang with a LOUD supercharger and very loud exhaust. It sounds like is screaming just driving down the street. They just love to "tune it" at weird time of the night. So lots of revving and noise as late as midnight.

I got 2 bmw rally nuts 100 yds from my house..
can't get it through to their thick skulls that you don't pull out in a residential neighborhood with screeching tires.

my Cayman probably can make more noise then theirs can, but nobody even notices me cause i keep the throttle well below wot and my revs low and slow

I have mentioned the above neighbor lady in my apartment with kids that "visit" and use the floor for a trampoline.

Three times I visited nicely requesting relief.

Fourth time I went off and told her she's running a day care and I'll be calling the landlord. It was ugly.

The next week I said "Good morning". Then from her, "I can't believe you have the nerve to talk to me".

I said "I'm sorry I blew up and I did not call the landlord" She kept barking as she walked away.

Thumping down 90% across two months.

Why three civil pleas did not work is beyond me. Her not liking me is a fair trade for a little peace.
