I shiit you not, I take at least two Costco aluminum refillable water thingies to work every day. And supplement with a few cans of seltzer.

I see. SO yer saying that you drink in my knowledge and then have no use for the container. Yet this container keeps refilling and providing.

You need to work on your metaphors, seriously.

Like this: Pavulon plays pigeon checkers; he struts around aimlessly crapping on the board and declares he's won.

See, a metaphor like that outlines how useless you are on a couple levels. I hope that helps.

BTW, just admit that you learned something here about recycling and plastics.

Back through SFO today. The chaos is unimaginable. People are
Rioting over the lack of plastic water bottles. A group of radicals has threatened to take over Hudson News.

Oh! The humanity!

What a dumb fukkin thread.

I’ve never bought a bottle of water in an airport in my life. Who pays $5 for a small bottle of recycled toilet water? Oh, you didn’t know that Nestle crap is RO water?

Plastic water bottles should never have been legal in the first place.

Such wizdumb.

What about IV solution in plastic bags? Should those never have been legal in the first place too?

Plastic water bottles are a prime example of a product whose external costs dwarf its internal cost. Something cheap and easy to produce that makes some corporations easy billions while costing society 10x as much. If companies had to pay the actual cost of their products when producing, they would have to charge $10 a bottle of water at 7/11, never mind the airport.

Speaking of things that benefit someone at the expense of everyone else, if Island911 doesn’t start all of these troll threads on the internet, he doesn’t get paid. If he doesn’t get paid, he doesn’t eat. If he doesn’t eat, the sewer system of Seattle says thanks. Wait...I may be on to something here.

But plastics are a cure for toxic masculinity...

Aug 18, 2016 · As such, exposure to plastic products may cause weight gain, loss of libido, reduced muscle mass and loss of strength. There is also an ever-increasing amount of evidence to suggest that BPA could contribute towards obesity, diabetes and infertility, as well as decreasing T levels.

I sometimes get in a routine of refilling empties with filtered water from home (I'm one of those that doesn't trust tap water at all, although I know that bottled waters could likely be less pure than city tap, despite what the labels claim), but then I see 40-packs for $3.98 at the Walmart Market and say fuuckit to the extra hasstle of re-filling.

PET (the one food-grade recyclable plastic used in typical water bottles) has never contained BPA.

The problem there was with non-recyclable type plastic bottles.

Pav/spee ... look what you contribute. Look at it.
and you two are going to complain about ugly litter?

Yep. quality

We should make bottled water illegal in Flint Michigan and for earthquake survival kits in California. Speeder sez so.

I carry 2 stainless steel water bottles with me every day as I work outside in 100+ heat index temps all summer long. We have a water service at the office that drops 5 gallon bottles once a month for the water cooler we get extras for the field guys.

My FIL just got another kidney stone, I had my last one in 1999. I learned the hard way, staay hydrated. I was just telling my wife I had been drinking a lot of Gatorade Zero (2 bottles for $3 is hard to beat) she told me to skip that and get coconut water much better for you.

So I am on the search for that I am hoping I can buy in large containers and just refill my bottles.

Costco containers work pretty well.

FWIW, I occasionally add "True Lime" flavor, about 7 cents a pack in bulk. zero carbs, sodium, sugar.
