Yes, plus if I understand correctly Murphy is looking at NJ as an all or none reopening, instead of doing it regionally. Which makes no sense since the vast majority of cases are up north. South Jersey has very few...

Same boat here in Illinois. Very few counties outside of Chicago and suburbs have double-digit counts of active cases. Cook County has tens of thousands of active cases.

Owners/operators of such venues are encouraged to submit sample guidelines for their use through the Office of the City Manager for consideration. Restaurants may reopen beginning May 1, 2020, if they adhere to CDC recommended social distancing and sanitation protocols and the additional guidance and requirements listed herein. As used in this document, the term Restaurant includes all full and quick service restaurants that provide facilities for “sit-down” dining and other similar facilities, as determined by the City Manager. |
