Ha! A high school classmate of mine was/is Swedish. He has a younger sister. We graduated and began lives away from our hometown. His sister was a little kid.

A few years later I ..... I will never forget this .... I am standing on his father's back yard deck having a beer while the grill was getting hot. Onto the deck steps his drop dead gorgeous sister, probably about 17 years old. She walks straight up to me and says "You have the most beautiful blue eyes." You know what I said? Nothing. I couldn't talk or even think.

UK government has just cancelled Christmas for most of the country and a few of our European neighbors have barred us from visiting

The reason appears to be because a new more contagious strain of COVID is being detected and spreading quickly

My neighbors in their mid-80's receive their 1st vaccination this week so there is a glimmer of sunshine over the 2020 horizon

Seems to me that all data says Sweden is no better, and definitely no worse then anywhere else on earth, except they didn't cripple their economy.

And now the media is claiming the vaccine may only last 12 months, and if the virus mutates and is no longer effective, they can adjust it in as little as 3 months.

So just to confirm, the sheeple will be calling for lockdowns for the rest of eternity as the never ending inoculations are being given?
