Need Help Finding an Attorney

When I needed an attorney to set up some businesses operating agreements and such I asked a few of my personal long time friends that have businesses, or work in fields that often have need of attorneys.
I got advice from several friends, and found a guy that was never going to be a buddy, but was very highly recommended. I guess he became an attorney because he had the personality of an honey badger. All we needed was some legal documents drawn up and no litigation.
