Cindy cooks them several ways...

The eggs themselves? Barred Rock free range hens...brown eggs. Delivered every week by a friendly neighbor...$4 a dozen. Glad to pay it.

When I'm lazy, two pieces toasted OatNut bread.....I time it after the water is boiling, drop it two eggs, when the toast pops up....I pull the pot off the flame, butter the toast, strain the eggs from the water, plop it on top the toast with warm salsa and enjoy.

When I have a Betty on a sleep over, double it up with strong fresh ground coffee. A shot of Jameson helps if I need a little lead in my pencil..

Either sunny side up, or eggs and soldiers. Sunny side up must be accompanied by buttered toast to dip in the yolk.

I have a weird thing about eggs.
I like them almost every way mentioned here.
All the pictures look absolutely delicious to me.
But if I make them myself, no matter how good the come out, I can hardly eat them.
Weird!

I like a really good omelette. Still gooey on the inside. And best with some Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and cracked pepper.

If making scrambled: beat a tablespoon of mayonnaise into 2-3 large eggs. cook over medium-low.
omlette: beat the eggs until runny like water. Usually around 3 minutues. There will be bubbles and no bitumen blobs. Melt more butter than you think you need in a small non-stick pan. I like Julia Child's method from her classic book.

Picked up some linguica last night, going to fry that with onions and scrambled eggs on a Portuguese roll for lunch.

It is too bad. With any luck I will come and visit this summer to make a quilt and pick up some eggs.

That looks more like a diner omelet, which is not a horrible thing.

This is an interesting video on omelettes. It's my opinion that either style "diner" or "French" can be very tasty.

How do I like my eggs?

As fresh as possible from the chicken. Everything else is just how you prepare them

This morning: Egg fried over medium and placed in a lightly toasted english muffin with Irish cheese. Mayonnaise was involved, of course.

I was eating breakfast with a group that I was trying to sell a contract to. Had to be nice. The guy across the table ordered pancakes and eggs. I watched as he unstacked the pancakes, plopped an over easy egg on the bottom one, poured on the syrup, and repeated with 2 more cakes and 2 more eggs.
I kind of lost my appetite as he cut into it and the egg yolk mixed with syrup squirted out.
