Just take a look at what Space X can do compared to SLS. Well, SLS can't do anything yet, but in 10 years they...nevermind.

Dream on. Try to imagine any other space craft that comes close to the Shuttle program capabilities. The shuttle is still unmatched by any government or private enterprise capabilities. It built most of the ISS, and repaired the Hubble telescope. No other space craft repairs satellites.

We are letting the Chinese advance past us in space travel. We will be playing catch-up again, only with the China not Russia.

Actually, if Starship is half as capable as what Space X says, it will far supersede anything the Shuttle could do.
