List your favorite stand up comedians?

I have been watching a lot of stand up for the last year or so. I wonder why?
There are really great ones out there but I know I've missed some.

Don't overlook the women. Some of the comedy is tailored to women, (Iliza Shlesinger - "Pinterest is porn for white women"), but I think Sarah Colonna is really funny all around.

I saw Pauly Shore do standup on HBO or MTV or something years ago, and he was hilarious.

Hmm, trying to think of my all time favs, probably #1 is Robin Williams. Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor are way up at the top of the list with Sam Kinison too.

I'm not familiar with Richard, but +1 on Ron and Iliza Shlesinger (funny and really cute!)

I saw some Trevor Noah standup that was great, then he seemed to get super political, and was still funny, but I'm so tired of the political BS, that I stopped watching him.

Richard Jeni was a hilarious guy back in the 80s and 90s (?) who, tragically, befell the same fate as many comedians - suicide. Check out some of his videos on youtube. His delivery was awesome.

I will add Jeff Foxworthy to the list also. He could tell stories like Jerry Clower. His old stuff was brilliant.

We saw Ron White in his early days at a local comedy club. He had us laughing so hard I was hoping he would tell a few duds so I could catch my breath. My sides were truly in pain and the next day honestly I felt like I had been gut punched from sore muscles, and my jaw was sore from laughing so much.

And I love most of the comedians listed above.

One more I have not seen on the list, Jay Leno.

He still tours and does stand up. That is how he pays for all of his cars. He said he gave all his Tonight Show money to his wife to invest. He has been married to the same woman for 41 years. One wife, lots of cars is the right formula.
