You might see if any Shriners in your area are selling one? HD gives us a good deal on them like once a year, some guys just like to have newer trikes.

It took me six months of daily searching to locate my 911 .... found it on Rennlist the day the guy in Hoboken listed it. But that was 20 years ago and it isn't pink :D. Happy searching and good luck! |
I have seen several used trikes in my area. Many are 28-30K$. I've inspected a couple of older ones (2014,15, 17) that were down around 20K but they were rats(ish). Pitted chrome, oxidized aluminum, very worn seats and rubber bits. Just didn't look like they were cared for.
The older bikes don't have the linked brake system of the newer ones which is absolutely perfect for me as it negates the need for me to customize the hand controls. |
Once you decide exactly what you want.... mebbe expand your search.... It's out there!
Fly & Ride? My minty '88 was a NY garage queen... 500 (s)miles to get her down here :). Or use the PPOT network.... |

That's hilarious, if it's real. It must handle like a shopping cart.

I do NOT mean for this to be disrespectful, you can tell me to get lost if you want...just baffled by it. Thanks. |

It's hard to describe exactly how this impacts my riding to someone fully able but suffice to say that I have become increasingly vulnerable to just plain falling over on off-camber or gravel covered ground. All is good while rolling but in towns while going slow or worse stop and go traffic raises unholy heck with me. Especially with luggage. |
Thanks, I can't even imagine. A fully able person can easily drop a bike on a gravel road, especially at low speed. Bikes are gyroscopes and the minute the friction is gone between the tires and whatever they are on, all bets are off. Maybe the MotoGP riders can power slide them at high speed but I need traction and some forward movement. As I get older and my balance decreases, even getting off the bike can be risky sometimes.
You have enormous courage to power through such a disability and insist on living life on your terms. I'm really impressed.++ |
Thanks man. I owe it all to an unreasonably defiant attitude. :D

Have you considered one of these?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1665943846.jpg
Back to the Shrine bikers , out fraternity is aging out, and since the bikes are mainly used for parades, https://motorcycles.autotrader.com/motorcycles-for-sale/harley_davidson-trike-for-sale https://www.cycletrader.com/Harley-Davidson-Trike/motorcycles-for-sale?type=Motorcycle%7C356953&make=Harley-Davidson%7C2316294&category=Trike%7C2001461 And it is Biketoberfest in Daytona so things will be listed. |

What do you HD fans think of the price on this one? I will negotiate but hoping 22.5 gets it.

Who needs dignity when you can bring your dogs? I’ve had one for ten years now. More reliable than my last Harley product. And less embarrassing than a trike. Suicide clutch and hand controls available. |
