About 10 years back....a nearby home had one just like this sitting in his yard. No 'For Sale' sign on it. It sat in the same spot for over 3 years.

I had thought about it and was planning on stopping there to ask about it....went past the place one day and the house had burned down taking the sub with it. :(

I’m betting that yellow submarines has more structural integrity than the carbon fiber sub.

Clearly, they should have contracted Lotus to build it!

No bueno. IIRC, in the movie that sub leaked a little bit, too.

Wet Nellie!!! Haha, but it only leaked after the bad guys shot at it. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d1c2df1288.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...ea29939523.jpg

I'm guessing the crushed submarine didn't have enough baking soda on-board?

As a young lad, I had several of these that kept me in the bathtub with a snorkel and mask on dreaming of Sea Hunt adventures.
