A bit more from CNN. Good bye Rolex |
Zak Brown steps down from Andretti affiliation . What the heck is going on behind the curtain ???

Max's car has sucked for a while and it was coincidently around the time that the FIA made an addition to the rule about asymmetrical braking.
F1 talk was that the Red Bull car wasn't using anything illegal but I wonder. Does anybody else think Max had an advantage of the asymmetrical braking? Finn |
Really good interview with Otmar, interesting look behind the scenes.

Moreover, the rules clarification really was a restatement of the rule, just in greater detail. It was already illegal to have a biased brake on the same axle. Per https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/what-was-really-behind-the-fias-f1-asymmetric-brake-rule-change/10645992/ "An FIA spokesman told Motorsport.com: "There is no truth that any team was using such a system." |

Enjoyed working for him at 2x teams Andretti need to grab him as Team Principle |
Very cool Capt.
It was evident in the interview he cares about people and is passionate. In the cut throat game of F1, seems strange to see a nice guy in the lead role…well for a while. |
Bob, F1 isn't infested with as many ruthless sharks as you think there are
I'm an F1 survivor, been very fortunate to have enjoyed working with many of the current F1 team principles, CTO's and technical directors long before any of them landed their big roles All without exception are really cool guys, great fun to work with, super clever and totally passionate about winning in the right way ie cheating is for losers |

Interesting article dated today about the Andretti/Cadillac F1 entry . I did notice the words " no immediate impact " to the F1 effort of Michael stepping back . Hmmmmm .
But on the flip side they now have 260 employees and adding 7 a week so full speed ahead . And burning 16 hours a day in the Toyota wind tunnel . They seem very serious to eventually get into F1 . https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/andretti-f1-plans-unchanged-after-ownership-change/10661967/ |
Per this article Andretti will have a 2026 F1 spec chassis completed before Christmas . Impressive .

That may well be but it’s not engine related so how much are they actually bringing to Haas?

Haas appear to be on a roll , announcing a new sponsor partnership . I haven't heard of orion180 but money is money and it all helps .

I like the incorporation of the eagle head in the side pod graphics . Hopefully the upgrades bring additional speed .

If this is true it's a pretty interesting way to get onto the grid .
