re: Abortion (which I might start by saying, I am totally against).

- what if the person getting the abortion genuinely doesn't believe the foetus is a "baby" - are they killing a baby?

- are those birth control pills which have a secondary (backup) effect of making it impossible for a fertilised egg to implant in the womb a form of abortion?

And no they were not discussing ways to reduce crime at all. They were discussing abortion and reasons for/against it. Did you even read the transcript?

He was warning the caller not to use statistical anomolies to rail against abortion. He then gives an absurd example (aborting black babies) to make his point.

But in classic form the liberal m,sses all that and only hears a conservative mention a race and they're on it like stink on a democrat.

Read this part again.

Jared, I usually feel that you are a pretty smart character but this statement does not help.

I do not have a PHD but do have three degrees (and alot of other licenses and certificates) and its not just memorizing anything. Its lots of hard work and by the time you get to this level you are either pretty sharp or the 1% that just got lucky.

When you get to this level you have to be sharp. For my German long range pilots license all the instruction was in English. We were told that the test would be in English. When we got there the two Americans in the class were given the written test in German with no notice.

We both passed and found out later that they did not want us to have the license because they felt that "we were not up to their standards"... Well, passing an exam for the most difficult license there is to get in my field IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE is not memorizing my friend.
