The all new Pelican - thanks Wayne!

You rock. Seriously, big step in the right direction. You've definitely scored more of my business for the coming year.

The pics are great! That takes a lot of time (gotta' take pictures of every little part, upload, post it, link it, etc.) It's a very labor-intensive process but I for one appreciate it. It gives a lot of peace of mind that I'm actually ordering the right thing!

The price matching - wow! What can I say. Fantastic! And free shipping? You've outdone yourself.

Now about all them backordered parts from Porsche N.A. . . That's not your fault.

Site is looking great. Seriously. Keep up the great work!

It's nice to see that somebody in modern business still cares about the needs of their customers. I was glad to see that you will be extending your coverage of other makes, you will have my business for anything I have to order for my BMW E34 540. Sounds like you have made many positive changes, I hope it brings you continued success. Now, how do I get Wayne to quit looking at me every time I open a page?

I need parts for my X5. I'm glad you're going to be supporting those too!

I hope the new policies work and are very profitible, since I know they pay for our dirty little sandbox here!

Quick question... is there a usability or content structure consultant that you used for the work, or did you do everything in-house? You can PM if you'd prefer.

Darn it...

Now I have to go back over my 'wish list' spreadsheet and recalculate shipping and prices.

Thanks Wayne!

Great work. The catalog is more easily navigated now. The price matching policy is nice, but I always found Pelican prices to be real competetive anyway. Don't know how you'll swing free shipping, but that will certainly boost sales.

Congratulations!

Good news. I've tried so many times to buy online from Pelican, only to be thwarted by the old search system!

Looking forward to buying from you in '06.

Nice job. Pelican used to get all my business, but because of price and especially shipping lost almost all of it. I look forward to shopping again.

glad to see that you are getting/giving a better deal. I am sure that going to this new worldpac(and SSF/IMC) will help you in relations to parts bin customers. I for one am kinda sad to see the older way of mail order going away. Hopefuly you won't be getting any call centers offshore (i will NEVER buy anything from pelican if they do)

The question is, would the call center guys pronounce it "Porsch" or "Porsch-a".

Wayne - how long will we have to endure your photo on each page of the Forum? Not that it's a bad shot, of course. You look happy, endearing and well, everything a mother could love in a son.

Of course, if you need a substitute head shot, we've can access many.

For instance:
